Kundalini eruption during sleep paralysis
June 29th, 2008 by Kavi
At some point while I was sleeping just now I awoke to find myself in sleep paralysis (a state in which one is fully awake and conscious while the body remains asleep—temporary paralysis). My attention immediately lit upon where my sushumna (the main spinal nerve or channel) enters my brain. There I felt a sort of resistance, so I gently relaxed it. Immediately I felt an immense surge of kundalini energy moving up in my body. As soon as this began I started to feel an immense pressure on my sacral (sex) chakra, which I suspect was kundalini working through a blockage.
The sudden surge of energy startled me and after a few moments I decided to break the paralysis. I struggled to move my neck and after about 10 seconds of trying (which can seem like a long time during sleep paralysis) I was successful.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced a kundalini eruption during sleep paralysis, but it hasn’t happened in a while. The last time it happened it felt as if a freight train was moving up in my body and a suspicious ball of light asked me if it could enter my body. I responded with a “no!” and it replied with “everybody else lets me”. Again I refused and then I managed to break the paralysis. (Always say no when an entity asks if it can enter your body.)

February 3rd, 2010 at 5:58 pmI experienced something the other night and im trying to establish was.
I woke up in the night with a sort of paralysis (i didnt feel that i had any control over my body although my lower half was contorting in a sort of spasm. I knew it wasnt cramp cus the muscles didnt feel the same.) The lower half of me felt like a volcano of quite violent energy. Imagine to magnetts in close proximity when your pulling them apart. I felt my legs were enduring the same intense magnetic pull. Almost a voilent throbbing sensation too, just from the base of my spine and below. It would build in waves then relax and then i sensed it uncontrollably peak again. Think i passed out afterwards.
Iread about Kundalini years ago, wondered if it could explain. Any ideas?Any ideas?

It sounds as if you could have been experiencing kundalini energy.
Have a look at this website and the “main lessons” section: http://www.aypsite.org
I think it will answer a lot of questions you might have.
Namaste

February 15th, 2010 at 2:17 pmWhen I was a teenager I was able to learn to use sleep paralysis as a gateway to lucid dreams and out of body experiences. When I was a kid sleep paralysis was absolutely terrifying because I didn’t understand what it was. I thought I was some sort of freak and was afraid to approach adults about my experiences. But as I grew older I started going to the library to research the topic and realized that it was related to other strange, spontaneous phenomena, namely out of body experience and lucid dreaming, that I was experiencing. I soon learned to embrace these skills as gifts rather than disorders and have even learned to have OBEs and lucid dreams at will. As I grew into an adult, other concerns took over and I’d experienced fewer and fewer episodes of SP, OBE, and LD. Now I kinda miss them since I spend a third of my life sleeping, and I feel that a lot of that is going to waste if I cannot harness these abilities.

The practice of kundalini shakti… awakening kundalini energy is necessitated for realizing full potential of human beings! The awakening of kundalini becomes possible by practicing absolute celibacy!
